classification schedule for topics covered.

Books are listed alphabetically by author
under each heading except biographies, which are listed alphabetically by
subject.

Localities are listed alphabetically by place
and then by author under regions, counties, etc and cities, towns, etc.
·
Brief description of contents and important
notes are included.
·
The Library of Congress call number is listed
on right hand side so sequence can be easily followed.
·
Authors’ dates, joint authors, detailed
descriptions of contents, number of copies printed, etc. are excluded.
