The Family History Center in Loveland is presenting their FREE Finding Your Family Roots Fair on November 2nd from 10 am to 2 pm at their facility located at 1445 W. 28th Street in Loveland. All society members and visitors interested in genealogy are cordially invited to attend. Refreshments are included during the event.
Several exhibitors including our society, Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), and the Loveland Family History Center will be showing how to create your family tree using the FamilySearch, LCGS, and DAR databases. The exhibitors will show how to open your account on their website and create your personal family tree. No need to register!
The FamilySearch website has created a new app (software program) to help locate other fair attendees in your ancestry. The Family History Center will show you how to download it on your smartphone.
