As every genealogist discovers at some point, travel is sometimes necessary to help with your research. Join us for a visit to The Cheyenne’s Laramie County Library for a tour where you will learn how to find your family history within its walls.
Laramie County Library has a large general genealogy collection of about 12,000 books plus many microforms; covers all 50 states, Canada and several European countries (strongest in the UK and Ireland and Germany); access to Ancestry Library Edition and MyHeritage along with general Internet access.
The Genealogy Road Trip is only open to LCGS Members until 2 days prior to the event. At that time, visitors may register themselves or have your name placed at anytime on a wait list. For wait list email [email protected]
Ride Sharing: To participate in a Ride Sharing as a driver or as a passenger please email coordinator Debbie Harrison at [email protected] . Please be aware that some drivers may wish to stay longer and do research.
