Program Description

Dr Ann Little.  Ann Little has made two guest appearances on the popular genealogy TV show, first in 2015 with Tom Bergeron, and more recently in 2018 with Jean Smart.  She will show a portion of the more recent show, and then describe the process she went through with the Who Do researchers, producers, and directors to get to the final filming.

       Dr Ann Little

Dr Ann Little was raised in the Great Lakes region of the United States near the Canadian border and educated at Bryn Mawr College and the University of Pennsylvania.  The author of Abraham in Arms:  War and Gender in Colonial New England (University of Pennsylvania Press, 2007) and The Many Captivities of Esther Wheelwright (Yale University Press, 2016), she teaches early North American history, women’s history, and the history of sexuality at Colorado State University in Fort Collins.  She also writes about history and sexual politics at Historiann.com and lives with her family in Greeley, Colorado.
