Study Group Description
Study Group Leader Bob Larson will present Mark Olsen, ambassador for Family Tree Maker who will present the recent release of FTM2024 at this month’s meeting. Last year, Mark gave us an introduction to some of the FTM2024 features, but will tell us more about these exciting new features! If you haven’t received your notice to download the latest update, please let Mark know! After Mark’s presentation, we’ll ask our audience if they have tried the new release and their thoughts! Then we’ll discuss our normal technology topics if anyone has any issues. We’ll be taking off the summer months of July and August and return in September!
Mark Olsen is the Family Tree Maker Ambassador to historical and genealogical societies around the world working to support their members as they use Family Tree Maker for over 10 years. Mark is a graduate of Brigham Young University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Family History with a Spanish records emphasis. He has been working in the genealogy industry since 2007.
